Orders are processed and submitted to fulfillment within 1 business day. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Delivery to the continental US typically takes 5–14 days depending on your location.

Free standard shipping on every order over $50. Below that, it's a flat $6.95.
Try anything from Coolside for 60 nights. If it doesn't earn its place in your routine, send it back for a full refund. Sleep on it, wash it, give it an honest chance — we'd rather you keep the right thing than feel stuck with the wrong one.
Email returns@coolside.store with your order number. For items under $30, we usually refund without asking you to ship anything back — keep it, donate it, hand it to a friend. For larger items, we'll send a prepaid return label.

No. We never have and we never will. We only sell physical products you can hold, test, and return. We're not your doctor and we don't pretend to be.
The cover is removable and machine-washable cold, tumble dry low. The core is spot-clean only. Full care instructions ship in the box.

If it hasn't shipped, yes — email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll catch it. Once the label prints (usually within 4 hours during business days), we can't pull it back, but you can always return for a full refund.
